Updates to Guidelines for Research Reactivation

The Guidelines for Research Reactivation (same link as before) have been revised with the following important updates: The section on wearing gloves has been updated to meet lab safety standards. No gloves outside of the lab, unless carrying a container with a single glove. A section has been added on lone worker safety.
